Forged at the crossroads of revenue and relationships.

It started with complete and utter failure. Brian, working as a door-to-door solar salesman in Los Angeles, was very good at getting doors slammed in his face.

Years of revenue roles followed — and the discovery that the part he was actually good at, and that worked, was the relationship layer underneath the deal. The partnerships, the long arc, the way one conversation in 2014 became a contract in 2019.

That insight became Partner Philosophy in 2021 — consulting, audits, and keynotes for B2B revenue teams. In 2023, Brian launched BeaUTAHful Events to take the same ideas and turn them into actual rooms. Golf tournaments, monthly lunch-and-learns, outdoor expeditions, and 7am cold plunges.

Brian grew up in the Southern California desert. He now lives near Salt Lake City with his high school sweetheart. Most weekends he's on a snowmobile, a mountain bike, or in a canyon, depending on the season.
